This is our second time here, now with (B of A) in the name and our first concert for 2023. Great stage and room and we love Thousand Oaks. So much potential:)
This show we were honored to have the award-winning neuroscientist, musician, and best-selling author of: This Is Your Brain on Music: The Science of a Human Obsession, Daniel Levitin @daniellevitinofficial joining us on stage for a few epic Pink Floyd songs.
His book: This Is Your Brain on Music… has been translated into 18 languages and has sold more than one million copies.
Daniel as a musician (tenor saxophone, guitar, vocals and bass), has performed with Mel Tormé, David Byrne, Rosanne Cash, Sting, Bobby McFerrin, Victor Wooten and Tom Scott. Levitin has produced and consulted on albums by artists including Stevie Wonder, Steely Dan, Joni Mitchell and on the films Good Will Hunting and Pulp Fiction, and has been awarded 17 gold and platinum records.
